This Application is for organizations that already have a salesforce.com license donation (or at least a trial account) and need more than 10 licenses. This is a far more rigorous process than the process for the initial ten licenses.

SECTION A: GENERAL INFORMATION
Evaluation Of Application Donation
Your application will be evaluated on the following:
- Alignment with the goals of the Salesforce Foundation
- Success of your current licenses (log in rate of your active users, numbers of records in the data base, use of dashboards, reports, and web functionality, etc.)
- Strength of plan to support successful implementation and adoption of additional licenses
- If the implementation is scalable and replicable for other nonprofit organizations
- Ability and motivation to share best practices with the nonprofit community
- Plans, if any, to communicate best practices and lessons learned with the nonprofit community
- Financial necessity of donation
If your application is accepted you will receive the additional licenses on a 12 month term. The licenses must be fully implemented within 90 days of your scheduled implementation date(s) or they will be cancelled. Upon successful implementation of the licenses, your donation will be renewed on an annual basis.
