The Education Services department designs, develops and delivers training around the salesforce.com suite of products.
In the role of Education Services Administrator you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Processing class registrations
- Setting up Classrooms for classes
- Class preparation including sign-in sheets, certificates of completion etc.
- Vendor Comparison Analysis
- Exam Authorization Project Management
- Data Entry
- Administrative tasks
Desired Qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position would be approximately 4 hours a day (possibly more) 5 days a week
Support Operations and Training Assistant (POSITION FILLED)
The Global Support department for salesforce.com provides world class support services to Salesforce Premier Support customers. The focus of this position would be working internally with the operations and training department within Support to aid in internal processes and procedures.
The Support Operations and Training Assistant would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assembling New Hire Packets to administer as part of our On-Boarding process
- Aiding in the delivery of New Hire training sessions
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions
- Event planning and coordination as part of our morale/retention program
Desired Skills:

Global Alliances Administrator (1 position available)
The Global Alliances department has established a cooperative partner network of industry-leading companies to help customers optimize their investment in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Salesforce.com has nearly 1,000 companies participating in the global Partner Program today and intend to double by the end of this year. The focus of this position would be aligned with the salesforce.com Referral Partner Program. This program allows Partners to submit leads through the salesforce.com partner portal. Partners who identify and refer net-new opportunities earn referral fees once the business has closed.
In the role of Global Alliances Administrator you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Converting leads from Referral Partners into opportunities
- Assigning opportunities to Account Executives
- Processing new partnership enrollments
- Identifying new partnership opportunities
- Assisting in creating content for partner newsletter
- Mass emailing partners
- Administrative tasks

Sales Operations Administrator (POSIITONS FILLED)
The Sales Operations department is responsible for making sure all the orders from customers are activated, compliant, and the opportunities are correct in the Salesforce.com application.
In the role of Sales Operations Administrator you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Verify that accounts are on the Salesforce.com application
- Prepare in getting invoices sent out to customers
- Scanning documents into the computer
- Manage an excel spreadsheet for various information that needs to be tracked and managed for our team.
- Alerting fellow co-workers when they need our archived items need to be transferred to recall.
- Administrative tasks

This position would be approximately 5-10 hours a week.
Quality Engineering Administrator: (POSITION FILLED)
The Quality Engineering group is responsible for the end-to-end validation and deployment of the entire salesforce.com service stack, ensuring it is the most scalable, highest quality, most usable on-demand service in the industry.
In the role of Quality Engineering Administrator you would be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview debrief meetings and communicate meeting notes to key members of the organization.
- Manage, organize, and update test data about our products using our in-house test management application.
- Updating our central information repository with current information
- Run metrics and report status on progress for various Quality Engineering projects.
- Organize department-wide meetings and bug blitzes
- Administrative tasks

Interactive Marketing Intern (2 positions available)
Interactive Marketing department is responsible for producing and maintaining Salesforce.com’s global websites. Members of the Interactive team create web content that serves as information resource for both current and potential Salesforce.com customers. Members of Interactive Marketing team work with other departments such as the Alliances group to make sure that web related promotions are successful. This department also operates Successforce.com which is a customer community networking and blogging site.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a partner website linking audit by reviewing alliance partner websites to ensure that they link to Salesforce.com’s site. Organize and document findings in excel spreadsheets
- Review web content in Successforce.com and categorize content
- Review salesforce.com related blogs to research special topics
- Help with content creation for Alliance partner projects
- Administrative duties

Finance Team Intern (POSITION FILLED)
At
Salesforce.com, the Finance Team is responsible for Global Accounting,
SEC Reporting, and Revenue Recognition.
Finance Intern would be responsible for the following tasks:
- File, Copy and Scan Documents
- Update Excel Spreadsheets and Word Documents
- Research Peer Group SEC Disclosures and Compare with salesforce.com Disclosures
- Assist in special projects, research and in audit requests

The Salesforce.com Foundation
Community Involvement Coordinator (POSITION FILLED)
Every salesforce.com employee is encouraged to donate 1% of their working time to the community-resulting in approximately six paid service days a year (four hours a month). In this way, employees become powerful change agents; they experience the joy and satisfaction of giving, and pass that enthusiasm to others, spreading a culture of caring. The Foundation helps to plan activities and programs to involve employees, and our broader community, in volunteer activities.
Overview:
- Assist with Foundation efforts to involve employees in community volunteer activities and track involvement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in logging employee volunteer hours into salesforce.com application
- Enter new contacts for nonprofit organizations into application and check that current ones are accurate
- Assist with contacting nonprofit volunteer partners and identifying potential activities for internal departments who wish to do "teambuilding" through volunteerism
- Assist with communicating these volunteer opportunities to internal departments by assisting with developing a communication template for popular volunteer sites
- Identify new, unique and fun volunteer opportunities at sites where we have never volunteered previously and enter these opportunities in the application
- Help identify ways we can recognize and thank our best volunteers
- Work to make sure that New Hire lists are complete with location field and distribute to regional volunteer managers
- Brainstorm on ways to communicate in unique, original ways to our employees about volunteerism
- Assist with developing a Foundation Frequently Asked Questions document
- Perform other administrative functions as requested

Wiki Migration Engineer (POSITIONS FILLED)
The Wiki Migration team is responsible for the migration of the current data on WikiForce to Google Sites, focusing on consistency between the sites.
As a Wiki Migration Engineer you would be responsible for
- Copying the current department content from Wikiforce to a new Google site
- Updating each link to correspond with the new webpage link
- Copying pictures found on each web page from Wikiforce to a folder, then uploading the picture from that folder, onto the new Google Site
- Following a detailed schedule to ensure the timely roll out of the sites migration
- Communicating any blockers immediately to your supervisor
