On Monday about 25 Boot Camp New Hires participants worked at the Haven Family House. This organization's mission is to provide housing and support services that create opportunities for homeless families and individuals to re-establish self sufficiency and return to permanent homes of their own.

The new recruits cleaned out old garden beds where residents grow organic vegetables, some employees even displayed their roofing ability by re-roofing their tool shed, while some helped to reorganize the lending closet, and other employees prepared apartments for new families needing transitional housing.
