Since its inception in 2000, the Salesforce Foundation has given more than $73+ million in grants.
We currently make grants with a focus on: employee inspired giving including team volunteering activities and matching gifts; technology innovation through our annual Force-for-Change initiative; and supporting healthy communities in the locations where Salesforce has corporate offices.
Employee Inspired Giving
Salesforce employees around the world are passionate about giving back to their communities. The Foundation is honored to be able to support these efforts by matching employees’ gifts to nonprofit organizations dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000 annually.
The Force-for-Change grants program is focused on increasing collaboration and efficiencies across the global nonprofit sector. In the United States and Canada, we fund the development of technology solutions that will help our communities more effectively achieve their social change missions.
This program supports the development of healthy communities where our employees live and work. Our goal is to promote programs that create healthy environments and expand community resources that enable people to develop to maintain a high quality of life and productivity.
At BizAcademy, youth aged 15 to 20 learn to build a business and become proficient with Salesforce technology — and leave with on-the-job training, expanded networks for moving forward in their careers, and possibly an internship.
