12月2日（日）、セールスフォース東京オフィス社内にて、NGO CANVAS 主催の子ども向けクリスマスツリーデコレーションのワークショップを開催しました。社内から参加した、アライアンス事業本部 パートナー・スキルプログラム田崎純一郎とカスタマーサクセスマネジメント部ディレクターの仲澤輝宏も、家族と共にデコレーションを楽しんでいました。50人の子どもたちが手作りオーナメントを作成し、それぞれ別のテーマでデコレーションされたクリスマスツリー3本のうちの１本をセールスフォース用としていただきました。子供たちのメッセージで彩られたツリーがオフィスの玄関に飾られています。子供たちは、デコレーションの講師として参加された、アレン・マイナーさんの「クリスマスは、もらうばかりじゃなくて、誰かに何かをあげる日」という言葉をしっかりと覚えて帰っていった様子でした。

On 2nd of December at Tokyo office we held a Christmas tree decoration workshop.
On 2nd December NGO CANVAS organized a charity Christmas workshop for children. It was held at Salesforce.com Tokyo office inviting more than 50 children altogether. Each tree had its own theme and the children decorated each tree with their hand-made ornaments. Out of the three trees decorated Salesforce.com was donated the “message tree” a tree decorated with children’s own Christmas cards. The tree is in the entrance hall ready to welcome customers for the Christmas season. From our employee Junichiro Tasaki from the Alliance team and Teruyuki Nakazawa participated together with their family and have enjoyed themselves very much. The children who participated in the event returned to their homes learning that “Christmas is a time not only for being given, but also a time for giving”.
