The Corporate Sales Engineering team spent the morning with the Presidio Park Stewards program working in the Old Compost Yard of the Presidio. The task was to weed out the non-native grasses to protect the endangered Lessingia plant. The Sales Engineers nervously tiptoed around this tiny fragile rare plant! Our Volunteer Coordinator Brian taught everyone all about the plants, entertained us with tales about the area and provided a great environment for a team outing while affording us the opportunity to give back to the Presidio.
