‘I was involved in Demo'ing Salesforce Foundation application for the DFI group. Explaining to them what the benefits of a CRM application could bring to them. Also how by using the application they could better meet the needs of the organisations they support.
I was surprised at how as little as two hours worth of configuration work could bring a workable initial solution to the table which would assist them in helping charities and organisations throughout the country.'
