February 2009 Dublin. Ireland The Interactive Marketing team completed a project that involved presenting our web design and development skills to others in our community, who required our support.

I'd like that thank and congratulate Kieran Guckian, Aonghus Flynn, Fintan Lillis and Denis O'Kelly for their help in taking photos and videos, and designing and building the new Citywise Dublin website from scratch. A superb effort and one that will hopefully help Citywise, to spread the word of their amazing work with children in our community.

Mark Hamilton from Citywise was grateful of the support they received and said, "Updating websites is always a big challenge. When salesforce.com staff offered to help with the Citywise website we were delighted. The site was a little tired, needed a fresh look, and needed to better communicate the range of activities we undertake. Mark and Ciaran sat down with us and gave us lots of time (and instructions!). From there we moved quickly to a first draft, then settled on all the information we wished to provide, and after some exchanges we were looking at the final product. Apart from the light fresh look to the new site (www.citywise.ie) we have a number of video clips which Oisin and Ciaran put together, having spent an afternoon interviewing people on site. These clips add life to the site and really draw people in."

The work isn't finished yet as our next task is to see how we can use the site better to seek sponsorship for our programmes. Salesforce have undertaken to help us also in this task. And finally, the most valuable of all, a commitment to help in the maintenance on the site into the future.

Already we have had really positive comments on the site from users. Thanks, lads for all your help.
