Oarsmanship against cancer (Stiftung Leben mit Krebs) is a charity day in Germany where teams around the country donate to the charity by 'buying' a boat and competing against other crews. Eric Heinerich, Frank Schaber, Peter Erhardt and Bernd Drothen from the salesforce.com Munich office took part and trained excessively for the event.

Our intrepid crew made it to the semi-finals, and have promised to go one step further next year. In addition, the charity is a salesforce.com user and the Munich office has volunteered over 100 hours helping them implement our application.
