The Northern Fiels Sales Team in the UK are a disparate lot based from The midlands in the UK to Scotland and Northern Ireland. As a location for their quarterly sales meeting they decided to base their event around a volunteer event. They chose Birmingham and found the John Taylor Hospice which helps patients with life threatening diseases. Its serves a population of 400,000.

The team eagerly engaged in some much needed garden maintenance and the hospice was overwhelmed that a team from an American company based in London had found them and gave their day to help them out.
