Certified B Corporations have benefited from a service partnership with the Salesforce.com Foundation that began several years ago during the early development of B Lab.

With the rapid growth of the B Corp community, the Salesforce.com Foundation recently determined that the ongoing support of this community is no longer aligned with the Foundation’s mission as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and is more appropriately managed by salesforce.com.

The Foundation and salesforce.com recognize and strongly support the mission of B Lab and B Corps. However, to provide the best level of consistency and the ability to scale, as of January 1, 2012, all new B Corp contracts will be managed by salesforce.com and will receive a standard discount of 20%. If you are a B Corp interested in learning more about Salesforce CRM, please call 1.800.NOSOFTWARE and let them know you are a certified B Corporation.

This change will not affect Foundation customers on a current contract.

Any existing B Corporation and Foundation customer will continue paying your contracted rate and your account representative will not change. The Foundation will continue to provide on-going support, help you add additional licenses or products if needed, and in general, help you continue to grow your success.
