There are a diverse array of training options for nonprofits using force.com products including: free, on-demand training and videos; paid training with live instructors; and webinars and events.

The training options for nonprofits can be further divided into training specifically for nonprofit organizations and the general product training available from Salesforce.com. The training from Salesforce.com focuses on Salesforce's native Business-to-Business(B2B) functionality and it does require a little bit of translation for many nonprofit users. That said, Salesforce.com offers a robust and ever-growing training library and the information on native Salesforce CRM functionality can be easily applied to the Nonprofit Starter Pack and other nonprofit applications.
