A team of 15 Salesforce volunteers from the Dublin Office spent a day at Saoirse Women's Refuge doing some much needed painting and decorating.

A group of students from Muckross College spent a day at the Dublin Office of Salesforce for a programme of team building and interview practice. The event was arranged in conjunction with Junior Achievement of Ireland (http://www.juniorachievement.ie) and championed by Kieran Carrick.

So in total I completed 5,100 metres yesterday, or 5.1km, or 3,168 miles in the pool on behalf of The Kingfisher Trust, working in local communities & schools in the West African state of The Gambia.
