The latest incarnation of BizAcademy had our young learners from Landmark Training learning all about The Social Enterprise. Their task at the end of the week was to present to a bunch of senior execs as to why compnaies need to embrace the Social Enterprise or have no business! It was a tough ask, but as they always do, they delivered in style

This time we partnered with a longstanding partner, Citywise, who provided us with the most amazing cohort of young, enthusiastic, and interesting students. BizAcademy gives students from under-resourced and low-income communities a chance to join the corporate world for a week at our regional Salesforce.com offices.
On January 17th began our most successful BizAcademy yet. Students attending Landmark Training in Stratford were 8 weeks through their salesforce.com training program when they joined us for an intensive week designed to help them find salesforce.com related jobs in the future.
April saw another successful chapter in the BizAcademy story with students from Cabinteely Community College in Dublin benefiting from the commitment of a great bunch of volunteers from our Dublin office.
Alim Uddin, who took part in Salesforce.com Foundation's 2007 UK BizAcademy program, was astonished to find he was the winner of the London Learning & Skills Council's 'Skills for Life' Learner of the Year Award.
