Nonprofit Training Registration


If you are a nonprofit wishing to register for a North American training class please use this form. All others should use the company website to register for training.
  • Courses in North America offered at 50% discount off the list price to nonprofits
  • See the company site for the current list price and schedule for each course
  • Three seats will be given priority advanced confirmation per class
  • After registration someone will contact you to schedule you for the first available class
  • Make sure to specify all the locations you are able to attend training
  • This offer available only to nonprofit organizations receiving donated or discounted licenses
  • Verification of your organization's nonprofit status will occur upon registration
  • The nonprofit policy and registration form below does not apply to classes held in EMEA & APAC. EMEA/APAC should continue to register on the company website and enter the promotion code "nonprofit"

Agreement

Prerequisites for participation include a thorough understanding of salesforce.com concepts and navigation within the application. We require all attendees to complete the prerequisite courses prior to attending.

Cancellation by Customer
  • Class registrations are not confirmed until billing information received in full.
  • Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted via email at trainingregistration@salesforce.com with the word Cancellation in the subject line. Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
  • Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
  • Customer request for class cancellation must be received by salesforce.com at least 14 full calendar days prior to scheduled start date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation requests less than 14 full calendar days prior to the class start date are billed 50% of the registration fee.
  • No shows to class will be billed the full registration fee.
  • Cancellation or no show fees cannot be applied towards future classes.
Cancellation by salesforce.com
  • Salesforce.com reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 7 calendar days prior to scheduled commencement date.
  • In the event of cancellation by salesforce.com, customer may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(s).
  • Salesforce.com will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer.
